The fourth and final part of my seasons series, Winter!
Autumn, Summer, and Spring can be found in my gallery.

Winter is my favorite season, so thinking about what kind of clothes and styles she'll have was very troublesome.
She was originally just a face, like the rest of the seasons series, but I decided my favorite season needed a body!
Winter had long hair, and a dress, but after some self-conflict, I decided on short hair, and a winter sweater.
Her eyes also went from very big to small and sharp to portray the coldness of winter.
Also, she used to have a smile, but after 3 smiles on the seasons series, I decided against it.

For Winter, I used a sharp, but very bright pencil work.
I wanted to show the cleanness of snow, and generally, white is the color that most people (sorry Australia) assign winter to.

The seasons series represents the culmination of all my skill at that time, I take much longer to create a season girl, than any other artwork in my gallery.

By the way, since her hands are not shown, guess what winter's holding!
Could it be a cup of hot chocolate?
A snowball? Some Books?
Nothing? Mittens?
Or could it be the Heart of Toranas, a cursed relic that grants near invulnerability and god-like strength while cursing the mind with an insatiable thirst for bloodlust and madness?
